Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure a full refund.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
